Cute kids!
Slimy things to touch.
For Easter we decided to go to the Zoo in Seattle. We surprised the kids Easter morning and headed out. I had checked the weather the day before and it said that it was suppose to be overcast and showers in the evening. Well never believe weather.com. The passes looked a little worrisome, but that was just the passes, so we figured it wouldn't be too bad in Seattle. Boy were we surprised. It wasn't even a steady rain, it was a downpour! Well we rearranged our plans and went downtown to the aquarium. It was a nice time together.
Just a little side note, we now have to pay 3 adult prices now to get into everything and in a year and a half we get to pay 4 adult prices to get into stuff. Wow hard to believe that the kids qualify to have to pay adult fees to get into fun stuff. A little silly that for most everything else in the world you have to be 18 or 21 to be classified as an adult, but by golly that amusement park gets to charge a 13 year old as an adult :)
Well we ended up at Red Robin for dinner and hit a couple of the shops down on the pier. Running in between shops to not get drenched. But overall a very nice family time together. Enjoy a couple of pictures from the aquarium.
Okay I am still learning how to do this and somehow got the pictures stuck at the beginning of the post, plus forgot to turn some of the pictures before i loaded them, so you get to look at them sideways. Hopefully i'll get this figured out soon.
Looks like you all had fun. Sorry the weather didn't cooperate, but you definitely made the best of it! I'm so excited for your blog. It's so much easier to keep everyone up to date.
