Baby time....

We got a little baby time last night and Daddy got some sleeping time :) I couldn't resist posting the one of Noah, it is too funny and he will really appreciate it. We gave them some rest while we spoiled Sky. She is so sweet and some of us just love hogging her to ourselves :)

Bowling

Well its hard to believe it is that time of the year again. Time for bowling to start. Sean and I start this week and Danielle starts in a coule weeks. So we decided to take the kids to practice. Who knew that you could get sore from bowling. I didn't realize I used my shoulder muscles that much during bowling. I didn't do to bad, at least I kept it over a hundred and the kids didn't beat me :) The pictures aren't that good, but you get the idea.

Danielle's Birthday

We had Danielle's birthday party Friday night. I can't believe that she is already 12. We all had a lot of fun. The usual suspects (Sean's family, nana and papa and the Craddock family) showed up plus a couple extra giggling girls. It was a nice visit. Danielle got money (the best part of your birthday is your own spending money), jewlery and we got her a digital camera. After everyone left the girls headed in the room to play and we headed to bed. They didn't keep me up to late and I think I only told them to be quiet like a dozen times :) I think they finally fell asleep about 1am. They actually were very good and we enjoyed having them over.

For those of you that aren't in the know, the cake and decorations are High School Musical.

Oh boy MONEY!!!
Make a wish.

Our Camping trip..

Last weekend we headed up the Entiat and spent a couple nights camping. We ended up at a really nice spot. It was a really big spot and right across from the creek. We had a nice time just relaxing and playing around. I did have to come back to town on Saturday for Skyrah's baby shower, but had a really nice time there. Hoping that i didn't smell too much like camp wood smoke while I was there :) We did have a lot of bee's around. Something we don't usually have up there, but we lived with it. I guess while I was down in Wenatchee on Saturday afternoon, Sean said they had to make their sandwhichs in the car so the bees would not attack them. Thankfully they went away at night while we roasted our marshmellows. We didn't want to share those with them :) So happy we got out before this summer was over.

Roasting marshmellows! Yummmmyyyy!!!!
Relaxing around the fire before it got dark.

Kicking Sean's butt playing Yatzee. I picked the wrong picture of me. I was actually smiling in the other one.

My Birthday

Just a few pictures from my birthday. Sean had a nice little party for me. On my actual birthday, i got to work all day and then watch Sean play a double header. I am 33 this year. I remember the days of thinking any thing over 21 was old :) Now I understand you are only as old as you feel. Some days my body feels 80 and some days i feel like a teenager.

Catch up...

Sorry I haven't been on in awhile. It's been a busy couple of weeks. Getting ready for the kids to go back to school next week. I am so excited I actually have everything bought and ready for them to start. I am usually a last minute shopper, but i was tired of not being able to find everything I needed. It's just hard for me to believe that they start already next week. I am pretty sure last week they just got out of school. We are going to have a 7th and 8th grader this year. It also seems like they were just learning to walk and talk. Time goes by faster then I can believe. Besides getting ready for school, we have had my birthday and gone camping. I will get some pictures posted soon.

Our little nesting family...

I can't believe it, but I was going to knock the nest down from our little spring family and our friend was back. When I first checked she had 4 little eggs and now there is 4 little furry birds in there. I didn't know that birds reused nests but this one must be a good one. This probably isn't that exciting, but we think it is fun to watch the little birdie's grow. They will probably be out on their own by next week.

State Tourney

Sean team went to the State Softball Tournament this last weekend. We had a great time. Sean and I headed over on friday afternoon and got settled in early. We were close to a Krispy Kreme Donuts, so we had to go get some of those then Sean realized he didn't have any softball socks so we had to find a sports store to get some. After a little winding in and out of different strip malls we did find a Big 5. We also were able to find a Safeway so that we could pick up the necassary drinks for the weekend, water and gatorade and such stuff. For dinner friday night the team decided to try the Hooters that was next door to the motel. The food isn't the greatest, but I guess that isn't what they are actually known for. The help on the other hand was exactly like what you picture :) The boys played 2 games on Saturday with a 5 hour game break in between them. They won both of those, which was awesome, because as long as Sean has played with this team they haven't been able to make it past the Saturday games. They got to play their first game at 8am on Sunday morning, no sleeping in for me. They lost that one, then won 2 and lost the fourth one of that day. They ended up taking 5th out of the 50 teams that played! We are so proud of them!

We are number 5!!!!

Welcome Skyrah Marie

Sean's baby brother Noah and Breya had their baby girl on August 1st. Skyrah Marie is the new addition to our family. She was 7lb 5oz and 19.5 inchs. She is so beautiful and we are all enjoying her so much! You forget how little they are. It seems crazy these big kids I have now were that little at one time. But they are so much fun at every age.
